Chile Jam Glaze

  • Joy's Red Chile Jam1 10 oz. jar Hot or Mild Joy’s Chile Jam
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs grated orange peel

Combine Joy’s Chile Jam, mustard, soy sauce and orange peel in a small sauce pan. Heat over low heat until jam melts. Stir to blend – do not boil! Use Joy’s Chile Jam Glaze on ham, lamb, pork, or chicken.
